Directions from East Bay

• Take 80/580 over Richmond-San Rafael Bridge to 101 N
• 10 miles on 101 N to 37 towards Sonoma/Napa/Vallejo
• 8 miles on 37, at 2nd signal light turn right on 121 N (&&)
• .7+ miles on 121N turn left on 12 towards Sonoma
• 3.3 miles on 12 to 2nd signal light (++)
• Turn left (at the light) on West MacArthur
• 2nd block turn right on 2nd St. West
• Go one block to the first stop sign and turn right at the end of 1st block onto Andrieux
• Turn right, immediately, into parking lot of Sonoma Medical Plaza.
• Sonoma Medical Plaza is on the corner of 2nd St. West and Andrieux St., with the entrance to the parking lot on Andrieux St.
• I am in suite 212, second floor.

Directions from San Francisco or Marin

• Take 101 north to 37 (about 20 miles from G. G. Bridge to 37).
• Follow above directions from 37 (&&)

From Napa or Vallejo

• Take 121/12 West (off 29).
• Turn right on 12 towards Sonoma.
• Follow above directions from highway 12 (++)

From Santa Rosa

• Take highway 12 to Sonoma.
• At the traffic light (T-Section, Bonanza Ford dealership in front of you) turn left. Highway 12 is now also West Napa Street.
• Turn right on 2nd St. West at traffic light (between Black Bear Diner and 76 Gas Station; Sonoma Valley Bank and 7-11 are on left). (This is one block before Sonoma Plaza.)
• Go to first stop sign, turn left on Andrieux St. and make an immediate right into Sonoma Medical Plaza.
• Sonoma Medical Plaza is on the corner of 2nd St. West and Andrieux St., with the entrance to the parking lot on Andrieux St. The office is on the 2nd floor, suite 212.

From Petaluma

• Take 116 towards Sonoma
• Turn left at the Traffic Light onto Arnold Dr. and go just over a mile.
• At the third traffic light turn right onto Leveroni
• At the first traffic light turn left onto 5th St. W.
• At the first stop sign turn right onto W. McArthur
• At the first stop sign turn left onto 2nd St. West
• At the first stop sign turn right onto Andrieux St.
• Turn right, immediately, into parking lot of Sonoma Medical Plaza.
• Sonoma Medical Plaza is on the corner of 2nd St. West and Andrieux, with the entrance to the parking lot on Andrieux St.
• I am in suite 212, second floor.
